Marketing automation that follows up so you do not have to.
Most companies own marketing automation software and use a fraction of it. The gap is never the product — it is that nobody mapped the funnel, connected the data or wrote the sequences. We do that part: the implementation that turns a licence you pay for into leads that actually get followed up.
Data, marketing & small business
The software is not the bottleneck
Marketing automation platforms are mature and capable. Yet the common situation is a paid subscription running one welcome email, a contact list that disagrees with the CRM, and no way to say which campaigns produced revenue.
That happens because the platform is the easy part. The hard parts are deciding what a qualified lead is, getting clean data into the system, writing sequences worth receiving, and connecting the whole thing to sales so nothing arrives and dies.
Meanwhile the cost of not doing it is invisible: leads that went cold because follow-up depended on someone having time, and a marketing budget you cannot defend because attribution was never wired up.
What we automate
What we set up
The plumbing and the content structure that make a marketing platform actually work.
- Lead capture & enrichment — Forms, chat and inbound emails feeding one clean contact record instead of four lists.
- Segmentation — Contacts grouped by behaviour and fit, so messages are relevant rather than mass-sent.
- Nurture sequences — Multi-step email and message flows that respond to what a contact actually does.
- Lead scoring & handoff — Interest scored automatically; sales notified the moment someone is worth a call.
- CRM synchronisation — Marketing and sales working from the same record, updated in both directions.
- Attribution reporting — Spend tied to pipeline and revenue, so budget decisions stop being guesswork.
The honest version
Automation amplifies your funnel — including its problems
If your offer is unclear or your follow-up is weak, automating it produces bad follow-up faster and at greater volume. Marketing automation is a multiplier, and multipliers work in both directions.
So the first thing we look at is the sequence a good lead currently goes through, and whether it makes sense. Frequently the fix is not a platform at all: reply faster, ask a better qualifying question, stop sending the newsletter to people who asked for a quote.
Once the funnel makes sense on paper, automating it is straightforward — and only then does the software earn what you are paying for it.
Where AI genuinely helps, and where it does not
AI is useful inside marketing automation for a few specific jobs: drafting variants at volume, classifying and routing inbound messages, summarising a contact history before a sales call, and personalising at a level of detail that would be impossible manually.
It is not useful for generating high volumes of generic content nobody asked for. That inflates send volume, damages deliverability and trains your audience to ignore you. We build the first kind and decline the second — and we say so up front rather than after the fact.
- Inbound triage — Classify and route enquiries instantly, with a draft reply ready for a human to send.
- Personalisation at scale — Messages that reference real context rather than a merge field with a first name.
- Content variants — Multiple versions to test, written from your positioning rather than from nothing.
- Pre-call briefings — Every interaction with a contact summarised before sales picks up the phone.

FAQ
Marketing automation FAQ
Do you build a platform or set up an existing one?
Usually we implement what you already have or should have — the mature platforms are good and cheap enough that rebuilding them is rarely justified. We build custom only for the parts that do not exist off the shelf, like a specific scoring model or an integration with an internal system.
Which marketing automation software do you work with?
The mainstream email and CRM automation platforms, plus whatever your CRM already includes. We are not resellers, so the recommendation is based on your funnel and volume rather than on a partner commission.
Can it connect to our sales process?
That is the point. Marketing automation that does not hand off cleanly to sales just produces reports. We wire scoring, notification and CRM updates so a hot lead reaches a person while they are still interested.
How do we avoid annoying our list?
Segment properly, send on behaviour rather than schedule, and cap frequency. Deliverability is a real constraint, not a soft one — a list that stops opening is a marketing asset you destroyed.
How long does implementation take?
A working core — capture, segmentation, one real nurture sequence and CRM sync — is typically a few weeks. Attribution and more advanced scoring follow once there is enough data to be meaningful.
